I founded Kitchen Toque in 2015 after spending more than 25 years working in professional kitchens. My experience leading kitchens across some of Scotland’s finest establishments has shaped my passion for exceptional ingredients, refined cooking, and outstanding service.
I’m proud to work alongside a talented team of chefs. Darek, who heads up Roastbox, and Neil, who leads Kitchen Toque, both bring a wealth of experience, creativity, and expertise to our kitchens. Their dedication ensures we continue to deliver cuisine of the highest standard, with each chef bringing their own unique style and perspective.
I’m also delighted to introduce Nikki to the Kitchen Toque team. With her expertise in client relations and event coordination, Nikki ensures every experience runs seamlessly — from initial enquiry through to the final details on the day.
We currently collaborate with a select number of prestigious venues, providing everything from intimate private dining experiences to themed dinners and larger celebrations. Whether you are planning a wedding, a special occasion, or an elegant fine dining experience at home, our team is committed to delivering exceptional food and memorable hospitality.
In addition to private dining and events, I also offer consultancy services, helping kitchens refine menus, improve operations, and enhance their overall dining experience.
