I established Kitchen Toque in 2015 having worked in professional kitchens for over 25 years. My vast experience of managing kitchens in Scotland's luxury independent country houses and as executive chef of an international 5* hotel inspires my passion for the finest quality produce and exemplary service.

I can host private clients at home or at a range of exclusive venues, custom designing menus and culinary experiences to suit your occasion.

I am currently working closely with Lindores Distillery and Kinross House offering private dining to themed dinners. My experience will help to cater to your event whether it is a wedding, special occasion or fine dining in your home. I also can work with kitchens to assist designing menus and kitchen processes.
