The Team
Andrew Wilkie founded Kitchen Toque in 2015 after spending more than 25 years working in some of Scotland’s best restaurants. His passion for exceptional ingredients, big, bold flavours and refined cooking shines through in every dish we serve.
David Hall, our Managing Director, is a respected Scottish hospitality leader with a career spanning more than two decades in award winning bars, restaurants and hotels.
Neil Clarke is a passionate chef who brings creativity, experience and skill to the table. He has a real love for locally sourced ingredients and works closely with producers to bring the best seasonal flavours to our dishes.
Nikki Black has a wealth of client relation and event co-ordination experience and ensures every event runs seamlessly from initial enquiry to the final plate served.

We know no two events are the same, which is why our food is never one-size-fits-all. At Kitchen Toque, we are equally at home creating Michelin-standard tasting menus and refined wedding breakfasts as we are serving relaxed feasting menus. We tailor every menu to suit the occasion, setting and style of your event.
We work with a number of prestigious venues across Perthshire and the Lothians and enjoy exclusive collaborations with Auchterarder House, Lindores Abbey Distillery and Glenogil Estate. Equally, we’ve catered in private homes and holiday accommodation for birthdays and anniversaries – whatever your event, regardless of the size or theme, we bring the same attention to detail, quality ingredients and seamless service.

The name Kitchen Toque is inspired by the traditional chef’s hat – the toque – a symbol of skill, creativity and pride in the kitchen.
But for us, it means more than great cooking. It reflects the energy, teamwork and lively conversation that happen behind the scenes as every event comes together.
